Toyota Service Advantage applies for the first three years or 60,000 kilometres of driving, whichever occurs first (up to 4 standard scheduled services on Camry and Aurion and up to 6 standard scheduled services for all remaining vehicles). It applies to the standard scheduled services as per ‘maintenance for normal operating conditions’ outlined in the Warranty and Service Handbook’s service schedule.

What is covered under Toyota Service Advantage

Toyota Service Advantage covers all items specified under the standard ‘Maintenance for Normal Operating Conditions’ schedule detailed in the Warranty and Service Handbook, including parts, labour and fluids.

What is not covered under the Toyota Service Advantage?

Additional service / repair items which are not covered within the ‘Maintenance for Normal Operating Conditions’ standard scheduled services as outlined in the Warranty and Service Handbook, which include:-

  • Additional ‘Maintenance for Severe Operating Conditions’ scheduled service requirements.
  • Normal wear and tear items requiring additional maintenance (e.g. fuses, brake pads replacement, wiper blades, batteries, tyres etc.).
  • Wheel Alignment correction; to help prolong the life of your tyres (recommended every 10.000kms)
  • Fuel Injection Service.
  • Additional fluids not specified in the normal maintenance schedule including additives (Fuel Conditioner & Engine Oil Flush).
  • Adjustments not specified in the normal maintenance schedule. Additional maintenance and repairs recommended by your Toyota Dealer to suit your particular driving conditions.

Why Time is more important than kms?

Your Toyota has an optimum service interval that depends as much on time and driving conditions as it does on distance. Short, stop-start journeys, for example, are one of the hardest forms of work an engine can endure.

Also it is important to note that to be eligible for each of your Service Advantage Services, the vehicle must be serviced within 3 months of each due service.

Rotate and Balance Tyres

Front wheel balance and rotate tyres $30.
To equalise tyre wear and help extend tyre life Toyota recommends that you rotate your tyres approximately every 5,000 to 10,000km. However the most appropriate timing may vary according to your driving habits and road surface conditions. Front wheel balance and rotate tyres for only $30.

Wheel Alignment Correction

Prolong the life of your tyres with a Four Wheel digital alignment only - $70 Recommended every 10.000kms or if you have hit any pot holes or gutters.

Fuel Injection Service:

Retores lost power and performance for only - $120 by cleaning carbon deposits from the upper cylinder area of the engine, ensuring your vehicle performs the way it was meant to. Fuel Injection Service is recommended every 20,000kms or 12 months.

Airconditioning Anti-Bacterial Service:

Is your Air Conditioning sending out the right scent? Have your air conditioning system deodorised and disinfected. Elimiante bad odours and harmful bacteria that builds up over normal usage within your vehicle's air conditioning system by using our specialed Ozone Generator. Your vehicle's interior will also be purified eliminating any odours present throught your vehicle's. Only - $110

Power Steering

Power Steering flush and synthetic oil replacement only - $140 Recommended every 2 years or 40.000km.

Early Bird Service:

Our Sutherland Service Centre provides an Early Bird Service, so you can leave your vehicle with us outside of trading hours.

Courtesy Bus:

Our Sutherland Service Centre provides a courtesy bus Monday to Friday.
7:00 – 7:30 Sutherland Station (only)
7:30 – 5.00 Sutherland Shire (Last pickup 4.45pm)

Hire Car:

Hire cars are available at $44.00 per day (including GST) from both our Sutherland and Rockdale sites.
(Bookings are essential and an insurance excess may apply in case of damage).

Wating Lounge:

Why not enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, read the paper or magazine or watch TV while you wait for your vehicle
